As a youngster he was exposed to the business by way of his family-owned real estate company founded by his grandfather in 1958. In Nick's case, the proverbial apple didn't fall far from the tree. At an early age he got to witness the many facets of Real Estate, learn property management and watch his Father and Grandfather operate in land development and run a local Brokerage office helping people in acquisition & disposition of personal, commercial and investment properties. I started working at the age of 12 in my family’s restaurant and continued in the restaurant industry throughout my college career. After completing my Associates Degree with North Seattle Community College, I worked briefly for Windermere Real Estate in Seattle where I found myself intrigued in the financing side of real estate. I knew I wanted to pursue my education, and in the winter of 2006, I was fortunate to find a mortgage team to help groom me while continuing my education at Central Washington University. After graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009, I became a full-time Loan Officer and never looked back. During all that time, I experienced the highs and lows of the mortgage industry from companies closing to corporate acquisitions, to finding a home with a fantastic long-standing company.
